There are 3 immediate beaches which can be accessed by foot from the villa. Each taking only a 5/10 minute walk.

San Pere - beautiful sandy cove with sun beds and a friendly beach bar serving light lunches, drinks and ice creams. This stays open in the summer until the early hours (1am) for those who wish to enjoy a beach party evening. The beach is perfectly safe for young and old and is gently shelving. On a windy day it is fantastic fun in the waves.

San Joan - A short stroll over a low rock peninsula from San Pere Beach brings you to the unspoilt beach of San Joan. Peaceful and secluded - wonderful to enjoy a picnic and a swim. This can also be reached by road with a short climb down steps.

San Illiot - In the opposite direction you will find a bar/restaurant perched on the top of a hill. At the bottom is the beach of San Illiot. This is a pebbly beach, very popular with the locals at weekends. Wonderful food and beverages are served throughout the day. There are numerous picnic benches and an evening meal spent here watching the sun go down is well worth the effort. (Take candles and mosquito repellent with you).

Puerto Pollensa - By car/taxi/bus this is only a 10 min journey. By bicycle this is a 30 minute ride. The beach is long and sandy with sun beds and parasols. Just before the shops begin on your left-hand side, you will find on the beach, the Sail & Surf Club . Here you have all the water sports you could wish for. The beach continues for many miles and if you continue past the marina and past all the restaurants, you will come to the famous Pine Walk area. This is a tree lined crazy paved walk along the beach passing tiny little coves to swim from and sunbath in and simply watch the world go by. Half way along you will come to The Illa D'or Hotel whereby you can enjoy some refreshments or a meal if you wish. Certainly worth a visit for those who have never visited Puerto Pollensa before.

Puerto Alcudia - By car/taxi/bus this is only a 10 min journey. By bicycle this is a 30 minute ride. The beach is another long and sandy one with lots to do. It is much busier than Puerto Pollensa and goes on for miles.

Cala St Vincente - A short car journey (15 mins) the other side of Puerto Pollensa. A very pretty area with two small sandy beaches. Sun beds & parasols. Restaurants and bars. Wonderful waves to have fun in. Worth a visit. No water sports here.
