Villa Alarvella is in one of the most beautiful parts of 'The Bay of Pollensa' with sea views across to Formentor and Puerto Pollensa.

The villa was built in 2002 and is of a very high standard. There are electric gates which allow access to the front door and the garage. All the windows are double glazed with privacy shutters attached. The terraces are large and spacious with natural stone pillars all around. There is ample seating areas for those to relax and enjoy the sea views with two outside dinning tables and a BBQ for those to enjoy the alfresco way of life whilst away on holiday.

The gardens are beautifully laid out and maintained to include a large sized pool with steps into the shallow end. For the children there are traditional swings, a table tennis table, limited sky TV channels, Bose CD Player, DVD and Video player, with a cupboard full of videos for their entertainment. A toy box with board games and colouring books is also available for their use, together with a variety of garden games. Bikes and canoes can be hired locally for the more energetic family.

The property includes 4 large size bedrooms each with en-suite facilities apart from the ground floor bedroom which has a bathroom adjacent. There are two double rooms and two twin rooms. They all have direct access to veranda's or balconies which provide seating of some sort. (The two double bedrooms have a modern chair bed which can extend to a full sized single bed to be used to sleep one extra person in your room if you should be on holiday with a large group of friends). There is a large lounge/dining room , good size modern kitchen, utility room and basement cellar room.

The property has under-floor heating on the ground floor and radiators upstairs for those out of season months. The villa has a log burning stove in the lounge which may be used during the winter period, however, it would be appreciated if logs where paid for or reordered for future guests. (to be discussed if required).

For summer months the property has been cleverly designed to not require air conditioning. Each room has more than one window with sophisticated air venting built into the structure of the building thus keeping the rooms cool in the hot months. All rooms have outside shutters which may be kept closed to shut out light but keep a steady breeze circulating through the room whilst the glazed doors are left open.
